We are extremely excited to officially announce and share the news on the launch of BTI Executive Search China! This announcement coincides with all the positive news regarding China re-opening its borders this weekend. We cannot be happier to share this news with the world as we welcome China as our 7th Country within the BTI Executive Search Asia Pacific Group family.

With one of the largest middle-class populations in the world, coupled with its status as a global manufacturing powerhouse, China will be a key market for BTI Executive Search and all of its clients in the near and long term. Technological innovations and digital transformations have also played a key role in building several well-respected global technologies and consumer brands such as Alibaba Group, Tencent, ByteDance (TikTok), Huawei, Xiaomi Technology and JD.COM. We certainly expect the same level of innovations to cut across other key industry sectors such as Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Construction, Engineering and Healthcare Life Sciences.  We hope to continue helping all of our clients expand further into the China market while also helping Chinese organisations expand into the Asia Pacific region in the future!

The China team is led by Echo LI, an experienced HR professional with over 18 years of experience. She has been in the recruitment business since 2010 and built a successful team from the ground up to 50 headcounts in Suzhou, Guangzhou and Shanghai across the industrial, automotive, healthcare and consumer market.

Starting in Shanghai, we will strategically focus on China by expanding aggressively across multiple markets, including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and others, to reach more than 100 consultants over the next three years. Echo is set to lead several key verticals such as Industrial, Semiconductor, Healthcare, Retail, FMCG, IT and Internet industries.

Integrating our customised search methodology and innovative talent mapping solutions with our team’s extensive knowledge of the Chinese market and culture, we can help our clients find the right candidate, which enables us to find candidates who fit perfectly into our clients’ cultures and values.
